Nothing to me personally, but a re-design of the affiliate program could help a bit. A lot of people base their impression of the program in how much work they put through the affiliate part (wich often is better then the content themselves). There is a reason for this ;)

Yeppers video trailers for promo could be a great idea. NoWhErE is a kickass editor btw ;)

Also a video that explains the website to user (if not already done) could be usefull if well made.

I don't know if IwantU has this but a chat community for the members who sign up to the dating sites. Other than that for affiliates, either daily/weekly payouts, or promotions and contests once ina a while whould be nice..

Also, the main page looks exactly like most dating sites. Making it look more interactive/like a community could help... or making different tours I don't know.

I have to agree the user interface for the affiliate prog suck..
I have an account there and everytime I login to check stats I am
kicked to a failed login page and then asked to login again
which is when it lets me in.. The impression that gives is that your programmers are not knowledgable in authenticating a webpage.
The rest of the user interface is not very user freindly.. which chases
webmasters away.. Make it as easy to use as possible. Make it easy to understand also. Promotions help also add higher payouts at certain times of the year to attract new webmasters and to spark the older ones into pushing your programs harder.. Give the webmaster more tools to use.. make them easily available and then track them to see if their being used and used properly.. getting feedback is real important also.
Anyhow there's my 2 cents worth..

- New design, easier to navigate
- Improve stats page, the max. range of the stats page is one month. make it so you can see the revenue over a year, or even a few years
- Gifts for x amount of sign ups or point system, may sound greedy but it's a plus for many webmasters
- Geo banners in more sizes, like the default web banner size 468x60 or 468x80
- More promotional material, and maybe with profile pics on the ad, fake or not doesn't matter

IWantU is a good program tho, thumbs up

What JamesK said, daily pay for the top and trusted affiliates. If this doesn't work then I strongly suggest a quota, like you must hit $100 a day to get paid daily. That should weed out a lot of your problems.

That could be an idea but remember it takes time for chargebacks and refunds to go through the banks and back to us. It would be really risky to give daily payouts unless it is for a past period.
