                                    I have had several roommates throughout life and one thing that I can say is that I knew what sort of financial situation they were in at any given time. If they were paying half the bills then it was my business knowing their business. You guys both post on GFY and live together so it amazes me that you didn't know what he was sending out as his secret Santa gift. Actually, you knew what he sent out because in pup's thread you made a pretty tough stand on his name not being disclosed. This was well before anyone knew who the guilty party was.

                                    He's 38 years old and he's sending bootleg games to someone as a Christmas gift?!? That is just not right.

I would take his bootleg CD's, and the floppy disk and frame them with the letter, just as a constant reminder how funny (and stupid) people can be. I would put it right next to my desk so I could get a good laugh every morning before work.

                                                                                            I know I should be laughing but it is kind of sad. Tala the first year you started secret Santa, I doubt there was a spending limit or gifts wanted. I had fun.

                                                                                            This year the cap of spending was 300.00 which means someone participating in the S.Santa on GFY would mean giving a stranger or an online friend a gift anywhere from a 200.00 to 300.00 gift.

                                                                                            Amazes me that you set the cap so high and your roommate sent bootleg software hoping that he would get an expensive gift.

                                                                                            Anyways don?t give up with secret Santa on GFY but next year put the cap on spending less or around a 100.00 and it will be fun again.
