why would you need a new one
shit you could get a 2000 or 2001 porsche turbo for $80,000 and it would smoke an m3 anyday, style - speed - class - and the name ofcourse. porsche.

bmw's are for followers ;)

Bang for you buck the BMW is a better choice. The new M3's are looking pretty fly.... but they do look like an overrated 3 series.... pretty soon I'll be calling the 3 series the poor mans bmw just like those damn boxters.. ;)

You've crossed the line now son! The M5 is in no way resembles a 3 series. The M5 would completely own your Honda.. so don't get too sassy.

i would never buy a boxster. i'd save up and buy a real porsche

kman has one, it's all good, its a good car.
it really depends what yo uare looking for. if you are more of an "image" person, then a boxster would be the way to go. but if you are into speed and style then obviously a carrera or a gt 2 or 3 would be nice.

i think the boxster s is fast, not sure....

i would love a porsche gt3, 0 - 60 in like 2 seconds
ouch!

theres one on dupont registry for $300,000 us.

bmw m3 or m5 can never beat the style and speed porsche has, well they could probably beat the speed, but not the style and brand name porsche delivers.

if i went to a high class club and some guys were talking car talk, and i said "hey i got a bmw m3 or m5", big deal, bmw, i see 50 of them a day. but a porsche turb or a porsche gt3 you don't see every day, these are high class cars with a high class name / style & speed. it shows how deep your pockets are.

i rather have a car that has the style and speed to wow people.

plus you get a porsche baseball cap when u buy one i think a leather jacket too
those are some perks bmw don't give!

I just want to make note that a new m3 will smoke and out handle every one of those cars excetp the gt 2 or 3 ..

apples and oranges .. I'd never spend $200k or $300k on a bmw either!

but you show me a porsche that costs $53,000 and pulls 4.5 to 60 and a .93 g on the skidpad ...

How about 0 - 60 in 2.8 seconds?

4 wheel drive with two Kawasaki ZX12 engines powering it! Unfortunately the average American male is probably too overweight to fit in it...

sounds like late twenties ya old ass mofo ;-) haha .. just pitchin ya shit ..

yea man porsche's are sweet cars ... personally I hate mercs .. not sporty enough .. and that fucking "slope away, I don't wanna be ergonomic" dash! EEEW! still tho .. they're pretty pimp cars.

as for BMW ... I like the M3, M5, and MRoadster

M3 -- fuckin balls out performance, no exceptions

M5 -- god damned right you can still take your folks and lady out to the opera and smoke every motherfucker on the way there

M Roadster -- Classic, True to Form, does away with the bullshit

I wouldn't get a 7 series .. no way I can spend that much on a sedan.

I do want a sweet porsche for sure .. and a ferrari 360 modena, now THAT is a beautiful car!

i've had an slk and clk

- i like the bmw z8, it is one of my most favourite cars. the class it shows, oh, a class of its own.

i'd say thats bmw's best car. speed and class, they nailed it right with that car.

but i'd prefer a porsche
