Someone was asking me this and I have no clue. Does anyone have a reccomendation for a good program that submits to link dumps. But not pre programmed dumps, something you can go in and setup the exact dumps you want submitted too. Something automatic would be nice.

Find the sites yourself then have a piece of software made to do the job.
