I only use outlook because I have too at work.. havnt played with thunderbird but back in the day mozilla's email client was adequate for most needs.

But then again im an old unix geek who prefers the old terminal based email clients like mutt, so dont listen to me:P

i love thunderbird .. great client, no malicious email exploits, great learning junkmail filter, the ability to block email images by default. the list goes on

and the ability to use a common profile on my linux / windows and mac are a plus.

I use it for certain email addresses, to keep those lesser used ones separated from the others. I really like T-BIRD however, and find myself using it more!

I've started using "The Bat!", and it's pretty decent...

thunderbird crashed on me and left my mail folder corrupted. Fuck TB and mozilla.

I use Opera's mail app now.. awesome.
