They have a teeny weeny (maybe 6 pt font) practically illegible disclaimer on inside pages that states they are not affiliated with Playboy Enterprises.
Looks like a possible copyright/trademark infringement case.

Playboy is a common word so what's the problem ?
As long as they don't get close to playboy logos or use the bunny I doubt Playboy Magazine could or would do anything about that
