    If you use any of the three, which one do you use?

    WHM autopilot
    lpanel
    modernbill

    im thinking about going with modernbill.. any input on this?

                          Direct admin isn't a billing panel?

                          I'd say go with ubersmith ( www.ubersmith.com ) if you're doing dedicated servers

                          Or modernbill if you're doing virtual hosting ( a lot of neat features ) it also fully integrates with kayako helpdesk.

                              we use lpanel and im testing Drzes, tried modernbill years ago and just didnt like it. I have to say i like Drzes alot
