Need an im messenger/webcam coded.

We need a custom IM server built that will handle incoming connections, process a given protocol, and interact with a mySQL database. Must be coded with ease for additions, but initially all that has to work is the login, buddy list, and IM services. It would be best to code ach of these as their own modual so that we can easily add more later such as chat, file transfer, ect. The whole database parts are already coded so all you have to do is use our mySQL database to check logins, get buddy lists, and from there process the protocol to handle sign on/off, buddy list update notifications (such as who signs on and off) and process IM's
