				 | Beef curry like I made last night. or chicken encrusted with Tuscan spices on a bed of baked chats masked with tomato concasse'. That I made the day before. or what I had tonight, similar to that wrap thingo at KFC but home made and healthier. -N

Gourmet seasoned beef sausages on seasoned chats. Shish Kebabs on a bed of rocket, drisiled with lemon and lime juice. Lamb chops on chats, masked with a pan flavoured gravy & toped with yoghurt and basil. Chicken breast seasoned with spices, on a bed of home wedge cut seasoned potatoes with juice of lemon/lime. Home made rissoles on noodles. Steak hidden under a pile of mushroom sauce on a bed or rocket served with home made crunchy wedges. Home made stirfry. -N

				 | I vote for a basket of chips and cheese from BW3. Be sure to get wild sauce and blue cheese for dipping. Oh my, is it good! Although . . . it is probably the worst food as far as "health" goes. |
