The program is a One Tiered system meaning you cant refer other webmasters and get a cut of their sales.

Myself and Ramos are the only 2 people that you have to signup under.
I mentioned this in the past you can take out the red id or whatever doesnt matter WE get the account and % regardless. This only makes getting your account approved longer to do.
