Russians are well known for their way of reporting stuff like this.
Its always a minor issue. They have total control. No people were killed. They will solve it etc etc. |

Amazing - people read the news - it didnt happen IN the nuclear plant - it happened in the smelter which doesnt have anything to do with the plant itself
