script needed
I'm looking for something that will test the load time of a sponsors site and select a web page to be displayed based on the response.
Does anyone know of anything ready made, or maybe point me in the right direction on how to go about it with php |

what does "select a webpage" mean? is this select by the user or in realtime or by redirect? please be more specific.

I want the surfer to be shown an FPA for whatever sponser is working best
ie if a sponsors tour is down, or loading very slowly then I want to send the surfer to another sponsor. I know enough php to do most of the script, but I'm not sure how to go about measuring the load times of the tour pages |
