I like the indoor pool :) You really need an awful lot of money to have that.

the only nice thing about it, is the pool..
the garden is messy and the rest of the house is just not very clean.

i find it amusing over the years how my "dream-house" has continued to "downsize" especially when i put myself into the perspective of having to clean it myself , and i can already tell you the ceiling above the pool is going to be a bitch to clean!

Hey andre, did you see the house ? it looks like crap from the outside, been there this morning... tomorrow I have an oppointment with the realestate agent... but my guess is that the pictures are a bit misleading :( I think this house is going to be for sale forever......

and by the way, the tax ("overdrachtsbelasting") is 6% and its only half a percent for the paperwork.
