No income unless the submitters are paying for partner accounts or they are sold spots however the site owner often needs submitters because fresh galleries are the lifeblood of a TGP / MGP. -
They make $ on Banner Spots and like sexus mentioned they sell partner accounts. It used to be that everyone submitted for free, but now the top spots upto 20 are paid.
