.::Tanning Investment Opp ::.

I currently have an investment opportunity if anyone is interested. I am expanding my business and branching out. I am outlaying $500k in cash and another $250 in leases. I require some more funding and wanted to see if anyone was interested in getting invloved in a non adult venture where your money is secured. e-mail me if you would like some details on a return on your investment. I will be very aggressive in my % return and funds are backed by hard assets. You would actually own the equipment and lease to me with security given to you.

Thanks in advance,

Spankstrocko

EscortBiz,

Thanks for showing interest in hearing more about the opp.

This is in the Tanning industry.

At the moment I am maxed out in regards to getting more from banks and other traditional methods. I even have accounted $100k in a very non traditional method where the interest is very high. I am however very confident in my ability and the ability of the business to repay the loans even at high interest.

My reasoning is I would rather have a smaller amount of a large number for the short term than 100% of a small gross.

The basic idea behind this investment could be structured in many ways. I open to whatever any presents and am grateful to all who entertain this.

The money the person would be investing will go towards the purchase of more equipment.

The units I am looking to purchase range from $10-$42K Money could be payed off in as little as 3 months and no later than 6 months.

Money is secured in the equipment. Its not like a car where you buy something for $25k and the second you drive it off the lot it drops 20% or more.

In this industry the top end equipment can hold its value very well for 3+ years.

In the event of anything happening you own the equioment until I pay it off. I would also be willing to give first and last or even more as security.

Let me know what people think. I can pay high percentage returns for thoise willing to back me.

I could also secure my own equipment as collateral as well.

Thanks

The tanning industry is very big near me, as it is in a large city and has killer demographics. The college kids who go to school here drive AMG Mercedes and BMW's up the wazzo. They pay top dollar for the type of equipment I will be bringing in too. I have a lockout on a new equipment line.

Its very cold and people love to stay tan year round. I am not kidding this is very big. I am hoping to start a franchise or have more corporate owned stores soon.

Actually, over here in NYC, or I assume, anywhere that has a cold winter (40 degrees and below) would benefit. The ones in the NYC area bank it pretty hardcore, now they are becoming as popular as Starbucks and popping up all over the place.

The two non-adult, non-internet ventures that I've personally been involved in that make a lot of money, from fairly small initial investments are Pool Halls and Tanning Salons. They are both very easy to manage, and attract a shitload of young people who aren't cheap. Pool Halls for the guys, and Tanning salons for the girls.

Goodluck man, I'm sure you'll do well.

Tanning salons are quite popular where it's too hot to lay out, like here in florida during the summer. Nice business, I knew someone who built them and sold them.

Strange isn't it. I assumed before I got into the biz that salons would do poorly in hot climates but they do very well. Also the busiest time is before the summer.

Spanks,

You should write a business plan for investors, and approach people with it, instead of just giving a heads up on an adult webmaster board. Sure it's a lucrative opportunity, and I'm sure you've got a few friends on here that have money laying around for investment opportunities, but the chances of anyone here buying in are very slim without a proper investors presentation. For many of my mainstream ventures I always spent my money on making some elaborate, but to the point presentation, and keeping myself and the idea and information about it short and to the point. If you've never done something like this before, perhaps you should consult with a small business consultant to try and help you out. I know tanning salons are pretty expensive to start up, but once you get into the rhythm of it, they are fairly easy to manage, and give you an ROI pretty quickly too.

So maybe teach yourself power point, or get some glossy paper material printed out, and physically show potential investors and entrepeneurs your presentation, because I'm sure that will land you better investors, and it means you don't have to pay back bank loans all your life if it doesn't work out.

You have a very good point and I will put together a professional presentation. You are correct in saying the startup is high but the ROI comes lightning fast and strong.

Thanks for the support and the advice.
