What timelines ? The one where the employes are reminded periodically to tell webmasters that they won't get paid this month ?

Ibill will be at the Internext Convention in Vegas. They will gladly discuss any questions you might have about your account. Don't be surprised if they write a bunch of large checks for PR purposes.

Ibill is turning it all around!

this is obviously a pre-written legal response since you have posted the exact response in a few threads when people tell you how IBill has stolen money from webmasters

Well, after the initial check bounced, we managed to have them make a direct wire transfer payment - but it took another day of phone calls and emails to finally get it resolved.

At this point we're all settled up...but not after one last round of bullcrap from them that cost me a full day of fuckin' around dealing with it.

And to quote AVN's latest article:

"The company successfully negotiated an early termination of its present lease, which was originally for 10 years at a cost of $76,000 per month. The move will save iBill $800,000 a year."

That's fuckin' priceless!

Sheesh - unbelievable crap!!! Least you got paid - well done Martin!

This press realease, handcrafted by guess who, is so damned sad and pathetic:

Quote:
"It's all part of our vision for the future," said Gary Spaniak, President of IBDI. "This should allow us to concentrate on fulfilling our outstanding obligations and forward with the process of turning this company around."

In July, 2004, when IBDI entered into contract negotiations to purchase iBill, the company's staff numbered nearly 280. Over the next six months the staff was drastically reduced. When IBDI took over management in March, 2005 the number of employees was further reduced to its present level of 60 people. It was no longer necessary for the company to occupy a 50,000 square foot space. The search began for a building that could house the new, more efficient team, and be able to facilitate the immense computer mainframes necessary to operate the business.
Apart from the bits that are not-quite-the-full-truth or positive-sounding-deviations, - they really must think investors/shareholders are naive as hell, but least it's a story to cover the eviction from their premises.

BTW.. Anyone want any "immense computer mainframes"? Good for intense graphics/movie clip making and really cheap at just $99!

I like Yahoo's somewhat of a disclaimer towards the bottom of the article...

The press release for the time they bounced a check on SilentKnight reads...

Quote:
iBill Intends To Pay Webmasters

Interactive Brand Development Inc. (IBDI) and its subsidiary, payment processor Internet Billing Company LLC (iBill) are in positive negotiations with our creditor SilentKnight and anticipate being able to settle and reduce the companies liabilities.

?It?s all part of our vision for the future,? says Gary Spaniak, president of IBDI. ?This should allow us to concentrate on move forwarding with the process of turning this company around. The bouncing checks were a problem caused by our Banker's and this is currently being rectified.?

The omission of the bounced check was glaringly absent - which is exactly how they'd spin it if the above in fact were real.

Actually, it was all rather interesting. I spent almost all of last Friday alternating on the phones between both iBill and an attorney down in Florida who's successfully settled with iBill for a colleague of ours. It was becoming a joke around the office who the next incoming call would be from. At one point I literally had iBull on one line, the lawyer on the other...and trying to record calls as audio files on the laptop through an extension line.

I've kept the calls as mp3's for posterity - next time I need a good laugh.
