Not personally - but my old man quit smokin' permanent after two hypno sessions. He was a 2-pack-a-day smoker for 30 yrs.

I was skeptical before he went. I changed my tune afterwards.

i dunno about for breaking habits, but i do know that hypnosis is real. I had a friend in high school who went on stage during a hypnosis show. The hypnotist had him dancing like michael jackson and all kinds of other crazy shit. He had to be hypnotized cuz my friend was the type of guy who would never do shit like that...

An actual hypnosis tip: before telling someobody to do something ("see sig", "click here" etc), make 3 - 5 statements that the reader/listener knows to be true or would agree with. Doing so will make you appear to be much more trustworthy and believable and so the reader/listener is more likely to do or believe what you tell them.

An example:

Wooo - crazy swirling colours!
Stare too long and this pic will hurt your eyes.
You want it to stop.
You can easily make it stop.
See sig.

my boyfriends mom did that and it worked. she hasnt picked up a cig in like 20 something years now. but the dude who did it only comes in town like once a year (he tours all over the usa)
