                                                                                              - domain is not worth anything. You might get hits based on the "teen" part of the domain, but the rest is crap (and so does the stats prove)
                                                                                              - You have installed the blog, posted a handful posts that the new owner have to delete anyways.
                                                                                              - there is no design, Its a std. template to wordpress
                                                                                              - Things you want to sell goes in the "buy and sell" section.

                                                                                              Conclusion: It will take more time to change the site into something worth money, then it would take to build one from scratch

                                                                                              I'm not saying this to be a asshole, I'm just stating why its not worth anything
