High maintenance, basically means that you require someone to run around after your every move. To jump when you say so.....to pick up when you call.....to tend to anything that you need or request. Thats generally what i would consider as high maintenance. And yes guys can be that, it is not just a title designed for women however they are the most commonly found ppl who deserve the title. LOL
