the same theory applies to people who consider themselves "functioning alcoholics" - im not one to preach but ive spent my time in AA and know many drug addicts, some recovering some dead.

functioning alcoholics (myself included) are the worst, and its that rationalization that ends up crippling the mind and body. Sober for over 6 months now, almost 7.

just a thought

Yea I'm working less and less on my sites, been putting more effort into DD and keeping track of different stocks and their trends.

I've lost some from time to time..but overall I'm way ahead if it keeps going well I can easily see my self selling off my sites beginning of next year.

Stocks are cool. I am sure there is money to be made.

But, I believe in playing only 1 game, and that 1 game well.

So, I limit myself to domain names. Domains are my bag. Adult is just an sub set.

That's my only somewhat long term hold, but I've still been flipping it on the run because it's had it's fair share of down days.

Anything else I play has been day to day stuff.. like yesterday I put everything in FCDH.pk and made a quick 30% and pulled it out. Then today the rat bastard shot through the roof.. I couldn't get back in because it was going up too fast.

Tues I hit this one PTSH.ob and it shot up like a crack whore and went down just as fast.. Took my profits and ran because I think it was a group play.

However today I had to cut my losses on PBLS.pk lost a few hundred on that one. The bastard should have ran pretty good yesterday as it had great news. However for what ever reason it was a dud.

So honestly I don't look for long term picks it's what ever I see that I think will make a run. Long for me is a week tops..

GZFX is the biggest pile of horseshit spammed pump and dump crap, you honestly cant go to a message board and not see it pumped, sad.

It's far from a pump and dump.. How many penny stocks to you see partnered with national electronics stores? Circuit City

Headless the Circuit City deal is what's driving it right now and for the last month or so.. Subscribers were up 25% last month probably mostly from the 17 store trial with CC..

Those stocks are nothing more than gambling and picking red/black on a roulette wheel.

A stock that is up almost 10% by going up .1 cents is not a stock I want to be invested in. Be very careful, its more likely you will lose everything than win.

Just curious? Where did you first hear about GZFX? From a pumper on some message board?

You will feel better if you just can admit to yourself its a pump and dump and your just hoping to play the pump. There is no long term value in that stock, the massive convertible they have would basically wipe out existing shareholder equity if the stock appreciated at all.

Be careful of SIRI. Read everything you can on it. Not that some hot new twist couldn't change everything, but everything that is known to this point doesn't justify the current price.

I was in at $4 and $5 and sold at $8+

I'm not planning on holding it long term.. If you read above long term for me is a week. I will play the stock all the way up or all the way down. I say long term meaning it has a big run coming up if CC approves the full 600 stores.

I'm in it on the green days like today and I take the profits when they show. I dunno how much research you have done on it, but they are doing a test run on 19 stores I think it was. It's since been rumored and confirmed n a few of the stores but they reportedly already added an extra 10 stores brining it up to 29.

On Dec 1st during the interview with wallst.net Chairman said that the CC trial was doing well and subscriptions were up 25% for the month of Nov. That's not BS from pump and dumpers it's straight out of the chairman's mouth.

I'll agree it was over pumped by all the hype, a lot of people saw it as a great buy, hell it was listed on finance.yahoo.com front page one day. How many penny stocks have you seen that happen too? The reason it shot up to .025 was because of all the hype, it then took a dump because a lot of people started bailing when no new news came out.

It's since retraced up to .014 range and then back down to .01 and now it's going back to .014 range.. This will happen until they release another PR about the CC deal. It's a penny stock, it's not going to stay stable it's going to go up and down.

If this was a pump and dump, it has to be the best financed one in the history of all pump and dumps. Hell if that was the case, I'd love to know how they got Circuit City in on it..

They postponed this annoucement about CC deal just few hours ago:
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/060105/gzfx.ob8-k_a.html
i was lucky to get out with only -100usd loose.
when this news will fully spread, and GZFX.ob will hit the bottom then i am buying again

I'm not in it right now either. I'm stuck in FCDH right now waiting for the divi's so all my money has been tied up for a while now so I haven't kept up with anything else. However I did notice it was up in the .015's yesterday, but it's down almost 20% today.

I wonder what the scoop is on them delaying the roll out. I'm kinda glad maybe it will give me a chance to get back in below the .01's.

I saw a TV show the other day where a company has developed a computer program that (mostly) automatically picks stocks to buy and sell. These were serious scientific guys that had done a shitload of research. I bet that's the ultimate dream for most investors... but if everyone was running the software the market wouldn't work.
