Going to buy new computer today, any suggestions?

I am going to have a new computer built today from the guys at www.icct.ca and was looking for some recommendations. I rather not spend over $2000.00.

Basically I am looking for a fast setup for video editing, photo editing, internet surfing etc. No games, music, etc. I usually have over 30 windows open at a time so it should be multi-task friendly.

Would the use of a higher end video card make video editing a lot more friendly or is that all CPU and memory based.

I am looking into a Dual processor, do those really make a difference?

Anyhow, I mainly need advice on a

processor http://www.icct.ca/newsite/cpu.htm
motherboard http://www.icct.ca/newsite/motherboard.htm
and video card (if important) http://www.icct.ca/newsite/videocard.htm

Get as MUCH ram as possible. If you get a good single processor dual shouldn't be neccessary. Have fun with the new computer! That's always a great feeling.
