If I can make a suggestion. When we had the domain, we had a script that took the application, that waited for an admin to okay it/edit it. Once that was done it shot out an email to the person listed.

You might look at getting something similliar written up. Or maybe Bishop might still have it.

um....why when I browse by first name is it still alphabetical by last name?

if I browse by first name I want to see it alphabetized by first name
