when i have a twice bad expreitence with a company, may i let others know?
i don't want to start webair drama, but their support is not to fast.

Sorry to hear that. I can only go on what I've experienced. I get a response quickly with both their ticket system and chatting with WebAir online.

Me too and it was "No we can't beat that price even though we advertise that we will beat any competitors price" and "I'm not sure why your sites are slow, must be a problem on your end".

They offer so many avenues of support it's silly if you cant get through quickly and efficiently your not using the right avenues...

This type of experience is what I have been hearing / reading lately. Basically many people are saying that webair support sucks.
