    So IPODS Are Already Sold Out In My Town

    Yep, I went with a friend to all the local electronic stores and we could only find 1 video ipod (60 gig version) and a 1 gig nano at another discount store. My buddy was looking for a 5-10 gig ipod to buy as a present and we could not get our hands on one. He ended up coming home and ordering it online and hopefully he will receive it before x-mas.

    I find it amazing that Apple doesn't ship more units? This isn't a new technology or product like the X-box 360?

                                  and btw , on store.apple.com you can very easily get any ipod you want , usually shipped within max 3 days


                                  5 - 10 gig ipods dont exist


                                  Nano : 2 or 4 gig

                                                          Still, it's supply and demand...

                                                          Best Buy only had two of the 60 gig video iPods and I bought both of them;one for me, one for Tev.

                                                          Great for the gym and for long ass flights.....especially now that they're getting tv shows and videos.
