bit off topic: I was having lunch today when the biggest bug in the world landed about 1 metre from our table, needles to say all the girls from the surrounding tables (plus the girl that I was with) freaked out, never in my life I had seen such a huge bug, it was as big as the palm of my hand, and it had black and white stripes just like a zebra

Luckily the waiter come and scooped it out few minutes later...

When I was 17 (damn almost 20 years ago) I used to date a girl that lived about 100 miles from me. I would drive up each night spend the night, get up early and head out back home the following morning. I had a ritual of stopping at the same McDonald's and getting a cup of coffee. One day I decided to order a soda instead and drank it all the ay home. When I pulled into the driveway at my house I took off the lid of the soda for some reason and there was a cock roach stuck to the inside of the lid. I threw up right there, and needless to say never went back to that McDonalds. I also always open the lid before I drink a fast food beverage and always check out the food before I start eating.

I was wanderin' through the bulk food section of a grocery superstore in Scarborough a few years back - and saw an east-indian lady scooping out liquid cherry pie filling from a bin with her fingers...and eating it!

If that weren't enough - a store employee spotted her, rushed over and said, "No, no...lady - you have to use the ladle!" - and he hands her a big plastic spoon. She takes the spoon, dips it in to the cherry pie filling...and begins licking the spoon in front of the employee.

I turned around and walked quickly out of the store. Never shopped there again.

That restaurant by the way eventually went out of business.

But the worse thing ever was when I was a kid and bought a 5th Ave candy bar.

I opened the wrapper and took a bite. While I was chewing I felt things crawling around in my mouth. I spit it out on the floor and looked at the candy bar and there were maggots all inside the middle of it. Talk about a creamy filling. LOL.

I started to get that puke feeling instantly and to this day I can still recall it vividly.

Now every time I munch on a 5th Ave bar I break off the end first to make sure nothing is crawling around.
