8 hours isnt that much, I mean theyre not bangin themselves for the whole 8 hours. I imagine some time is spent trying to recruit members to pay per minute and tease members

It's too subjective a question. The answer depends on so many things: the way the person looks, the person's personality, equipment, competition, rate per minute, advertising/marketing, the site's traffic, what she offers (in terms of the kind of show she puts on), etc. Hypothetically, if every factor is "average" and she spends 8 hours a day in front of the camera, yeah, she could possibly make $2k a month.
However, considering that she'd be on cam 240 hours a month, that means she'd only be making $8.33 an hour. Umm...I think there are other jobs that pay more than that per hour if that's the case, so there's no real reason why she should host in the first place (no offense intended). <--- Basically, if she's going to host that many hours and she's not in a country where the foreign exchange allows $2k to be a heck of a lot of money, then, she better milk more than $2k a month.
I hate these "too many variables" assholes with a passion. Here is your fucking answer.
$2000 a month = easy.
$20,000 a month = hard work but possible.
Over that = she would need to not only do shows but recruit new members for a fee, know how to keep them interested, and be smart in general or listen to exactly what a smart person told her to do without question.
I've known more than one full time cam girl making $20,000 a month and EVERY cam girl I know that tried made at least $2000 if they looked decent. There is a lot of middle ground but you can definately work it up so if $2000 would make you happy you can start for that and reach for much more.

See, its a pretty friggin' vague question. You need to be more specific.
You see, there's this thing called common sense. People often use it to figure out when someone is asking a general question that they are interested in the subject and want to know the range of answers. Anyone that is asking this question DOESN'T KNOW THE FUCKING VARIABLES to break it down or THEY WOULDN'T FUCKING ASK. And instead of just ignoring the question 32 idiots feel the need to respond with absolutely fuck all in the way of help.
No problem. I haven't kept up with programs this year but a friend recently started on Cam Contacts and easily hit the $2000 mark. You can adjust pricing a lot more there than some others and they have a good member base. You can always host on multiple sites which does lower the quality so you'd have to tweak it. Also, record every session and put them in the pre-recorded video part for as cheap as possible whenever the girl isn't live. It's not a ton but it's free money you'd be missing otherwise. Good luck.
