$1 CPM is a great price, but for that you usually won't see many clicks. If you are working to build up feeder traffic that can be a good cheap way to get it.
Are you buying 10,000 "hits" or "impressions" sounds like impressions to me?

Its actual clicks I want to buy, NOT Impressions
as I have had very bad experience with impressions with only a 0.2 % click through rate .. if i got the same ratio for sign ups then i would need millions of impressions to make a sale

so yeah, hit me with prices for clicks please

I got a simple rate me that i get £10 a sign up for

tis only an amateur thing ... was my first site

and is no threat to you guys
only made £200 since it was launched at new year but its at that stage now where a few sign ups will keep my interest in it

looking for unique clicks from a descriptive banner, so the traffic that comes are people that know what they are clicking

I know this will cost a little more but the end results should be worth it
I will say if i make as much as $1 more than the clicks cost I will do it again and again and again, as long as i dont actually lose money

as soon as i get my payment section fixed i will be trying 10,000
to see how it goes
every 10 sucessfull signups i get will order another 10,000, plus have other sites that will benefit
