So... i've always wondered, does Rick Saloman or RedLight have a signed model release from Paris? If not, then they don't really have any rights to distribute this video either and would be breaking both the old and new USC 2257 by doing so.

Why would anyone think that Redlight ,Hotel Heiress, or Rick would be marketing a tape that has no 2257?

For the last time- all webmasters here should be smart enough to know from 2257 laws
They should also be smart enough to know that every 1 Night In Paris boxcover has a 2257 stamp- as well as XPAYS is fully compliant.

Rick has been fucked by almost everyone that ever touched this tape- from Donald Thrasher to some of the biggest web sites on the internet-

Just like the 20/20 piece on Copyright Infringement last night stated about Starbucks-
when one has a valid trademark- it must be enforced to the fullest extent of the law- any infringers should be held liable.

I am sure that Hustler would have done all their due diligence on this tape an I am sure there had to be some kind of oversight.

There is a similar lawsuit filed against Hustler in regards to a Lil John sex video as well.
I am sure there will be happy resolution to all of this.
