Now that does sound like a great use for the domain! BoyAlley, I'm just curious . . . how would you feel if a gay friend called you a "big fag?" How would you feel if a straight stranger called you a "big fag?" Is there a difference? I recently heard a gay guy on a Rock radio show talking about his fag hag and how he lost her, and now he needs a new fag hag. He threw the word "fag" around a lot that morning. |

Hi,
For the record I just want to clarify my situation on this. After contacting the seller to request prices he offered me to make some offers. He gave me no indication of price. I made what I thought was a sensible offer for the domains; (see below) femalesexdrive.com -> $300 malesexdrive.com -> $300 locallove.com -> $1000 Since that time i have been exchanging very heated emails with regards to domain price valuation. Here are some phrases that have been said to me. "cheapskate" "your offers weren't even in the same universe" "You offered jokes as first bids and expect to be taken seriously?" " I am embarrassed for you" "Now I know for a fact that you are clueless." "You can't be as dumb as you are pretending to be . . . can you?" "You're lucky I even replied to your original offer." "Most people wouldn't have wasted the time sending a polite rejection to such a ridiculous offer - you dummy." "You make me sick." Initially i must say that i have been very polite to this person. See posts above for example. I must add that since the first email i have been just as bad in my response to him. Not pretending to be an angel! Anyhow, i just thought i would let you all know not to waste your time (or his time) with offers. I don't have a problem with somebody trying to get the maximum price for their domains. That's business. I do have a problem with complete rudeness and contempt. Cheers Terry |
Regarding (realed's) post.
He sent his offer in an e-mail. I politely replied with this - "Thank you again. However, I have rejected offers significantly higher. So, I must pass on your offers. Thank you for your interest." That should have been the end of it. But . . . somehow it developed into an e-mail exchange where this moron kept insisting that he knows what these domains are worth. He also wanted me to believe that he was some big time serious domain buyer. Not only were his bids pathetic, they weren't even close to what others have offered. He became offended when I told him that he wasn't in the same universe as the other bidders. Let me tell you something realed, not only do you NOT know what you are talking about (as far as domain name values), but more importantly, I don't care what you think my domains are worth! Understand? Or is this yet another subject you are incapable of grasping? realed, I want you to read these again and let them sink in this time: "cheapskate" "your offers weren't even in the same universe" "You offered jokes as first bids and expect to be taken seriously?" " I am embarrassed for you" "Now I know for a fact that you are clueless." "You can't be as dumb as you are pretending to be . . . can you?" "You're lucky I even replied to your original offer." "Most people wouldn't have wasted the time sending a polite rejection to such a ridiculous offer - you dummy." "You make me sick." Quote:

I do thank you for helping filter out the pathetic low-ball offers. Sure they are funny when posted on the board, but a thread can only take so many before the joke gets old. I'm still accepting offers from serious domain investors! Let's make a deal! Thank you again! |

I registered, "YourGenealogy.com" hoping to find a buyer. So, I am as guilty for gambling on "Your" domains. I don't know about any of the others on his list. |
hahaha.... truth hurts doesn't it!

I invite you to grab another man's cock and start sucking. It's about the only thing you might be good at. Domain name buying is not for the stupid. You should find another hobby like playing in the dirt or something like that, which you might be able to handle (mentally). Let the genuine domain name buyers please stand up, please stand up! |
seems you don't have a nice word to say about anybody!.....

If you are a fucking moron that likes to post shit on GFY, then I have nothing nice to say to you. Now, you pathetic retard . . . go back to collecting stickers and being proud that you can tie your shoes. Leave domain buying and selling to the intellectuals. |
all of those domains suck. If you can find somebody that would dish out 75 grand for those domains...please have them contact me because I have a bridge I would like to sell them.
the three offers you got from realed look like reasonable offers to me. At the most those three undeveloped domains might pull $4k with a serious buyer that has plans for development. $75k? I do beleive you are out of your element Donny..... |
yeah, you've certainly shown how intellectual you are....

You do NOT appear to be a fake nic. I repeat . . . you do NOT appear to be a fake nic. Thanks for backing yourself up on the board! |

i think this timlover person summed things up perfectly.... maybe you should start taking other people's advice....
|
one more bump for you! :)

did i say bump? bumpity bump! :D

Please, dumb guy . . . let me continue doing what I do. You can feel free to follow idiotic advice (which you clearly already appear to do). I also noticed that you can give idiotic advice. Nice! I, on the other hand, will take advice from people who are knowledgeable and intelligent. In addition, it's not really all that hard to ignore the advice of a moron who offers $1000 for a domain and is told that he has been out bid by everyone else who made an offer. Not only outbid, but humiliated by being so far off from the average offer that his $1000 seems absurd. You make me laugh at your brutal stupidity. I genuinely feel sorry for you. |

Go away you moron! Please, I hope you will contribute to society by taking your own life. If you think about it . . . it really is the only noble thing you can do (given your limited intellect). In addition, you will be making GFY a better place. Thanks renob! |
And herein you have the reason I don't come to this place or post very often: both these guys are sane people, and yet somehow the fur is flying for no reason at all.
GFY gets tiring real fast. BTW, I am paying 5-7 years for generic type-in names. Sell me your names for x-mas and buy your kid a proper present. :helpme :1orglaugh |
nice post dombuyer.... ;-)

Anyone who regs celeb-type domains to sell is a moron in my book. $75k for that portfolio? What a load of shit. Seriously, why aren't they sold yet then? :1orglaugh

I think 75k for that portfolio is a reach.
