This shit is driving me totally nuts. How do you get things (Especially women) off your mind? I can't freaking concentrate.
I don't drink or do drugs so gotta pass on those.

Get a job or go back to school... exercise, you're still chubby. Do something constructive and beneficial to yourself to stay busy. Make friends.

I am on an intense workout program, I am lifting different muscle groups every day, and doing cardio 5 times a week. Don't be a lame bitch unless you know facts.

Since nobody seems to be taking this seriously I'll give it my two cents.

Frankly, I've found it's pretty difficult. No matter how mentally tough you think you are, getting a woman off your mind is almost impossible. Drinks and drugs are definitely not the answer, as you already seem to know.

I think you'll have to find the answer yourself because everyone is different. For me, spending time with my son takes away all stresses and worries on my mind. But that obviously wouldn't work for you.

I think you need to immerse yourself in something you enjoy. You're really the only one who can answer the question for yourself.

Some good advice in this thread, basically don't sit around the house and think about it. Get out there and pick up some new hobbies or physical activities. If you gonna hang with buddies, make sure they are active and not just a lousy bunch who hit the bars talking about how we are gonna hit this and hit that- that doesn't really help.

Go pick up another girl. This is the surest way to cure you. Believe me on this one, I used to go for relationship girls, but I've quit all that bullshit because of what you are experiancing. Get a dirty girl. By far the easiest and fastest place to do this is in the college bars. You don't even have to stay long, buy a drink, or live in the town! She'll invite you over if you do/wear the right things, and show up at the right time. But if you don't drink, and/or there are no college bars around, you could go to college libraries. That's the second best place, although the girls are more laid back, you might only get a date out of it. Just ask them about their class, and BAM! You're in! I'm not even kidding, you need to get another girl ASAP.
