I mean if you were to pay them cash in lieu of top spots or traffic, and they say they can review 100 galleries an hour.
How much is a gallery reviewer worth hourly?

About $5-$6 an hour since it is not a skilled job.
Perhaps pay them by the day and let them determine how long that day is.

I'm inclined to agree.Originally posted by Za Ha
100 good galleries = $15 MAX
Unless it's a high traffic TGP, if you start paying $8 an hour, you'll end up paying your reviewer more than most TGP's are worth.
Jason.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

good people cost money - you get what you pay for. If you pay a gallery reviewer minimum wage, you GET a minimum wage quality reviewer that doesn't give a shit about your site. If you pay a GOOD wage you tend to (not always though) get people who will not only work for you but work with you. This dog, is dog, a dog, good dog, way dog, to dog, keep dog, an dog, idiot dog, busy dog, for dog, 20 dog, seconds dog!
