MSN virus?? How do I fix this?

I got a message from my son and it asked me if this was me, I clicked on it naturally, didn't think my son would be infecting me, next thing I know, everyone on my MSN list, luckily there are only a handful of people on it...... but everyone seemed to get this that was on my list.

Tried to do a system restore, but that has been turned off, when I restarted it, I couldn't go no further back than the minute I got that damn thing....... tried to get into my msconfig and stop the shit starting, but that just closes right back down.

I have McAfee, but the damn thing didn't catch it.

SO, how the hell do I get rid of this thing without losing everything?

Hint #1. take your computer offline. Disconnect the network cable. Stop infecting other people.

Step 2, get on your other computer (you have a second one, don't you?) and search google.

Step 3, fix the problem.

I am not an idiot, I immediately turned off MSN when I had it send it to two people and was trying to figure out what was going on. I didn't just infect half the internet.

And I have been searching Google, Yahoo and everything else, I can't find one thing about this.... which is why I asked here.

Yes, I have another computer, but that isn't going to find it on there either, if I can't find it on this internet, I sure ain't going to find it on that one.
