Not including search engines or portals like AOL, Excite, Yahoo, etc.

Heres a funny/fucked up story....

back years ago when i got my first computer and a slow as fuck dial up connection...i was on the phone with my uncle....(mind you i was still mid highschool) he tells me to look at a site.,.....how he knew of such a thing is beyond me.,,,since he is a crackhead that is beyond computer illiterate....he says look up beastiality.com ...... yea it sounds dumb right? well me, being younger and slightly sheltered in my life.... I had NO idea what the word was or anything about it.....so that day or the next i look it up.....not too bad.,..I seen two naked chicks riding a horse on the front page....without reading i enter to see more chicks.....thats when my jaw fucking dropped....I seen Fido mounting up....and the same two chicks sucking the same horses dick......I was fucking appauled....i called him up in a fit of rage, freaked out on him....I had to take many drugs to drown the thought......

It was fucking awful.....I think one of the very first though....was beseen.com back in highschool...HTML basics class....some old school chat room website......but yea.....

I used to pimp it on AOL, then when i went to college, a friend showed me porn sites. the first one i ever went to was aa11cc.com i think, then sites like voyeurweb and sexhungryjoes which are still around

I used to actually use it. This was late 97-98

That was technically the first website I visited but since it's an SE then I guess my other choice would have to be angelfire.com

In 1990, a bunch of us ran a phone line from our college computer lab through the ceiling across the campus to the Dean's office and wired it in to her phone line. Hid all the wires so she never noticed.

We used a 1200baud external modem in the computer lab to surf porn on long distance BBSes for a few weeks - calling from Toronto to BBSes in California.

The Dean never caught on - we removed the line after a few weeks, and later we heard we'd run up a $1200 phone tab for her.

When I was 11 my grandmother (worked at IBM at the time) came over and set us up with Prodigy ISP or some shit. I was on some site playing trivia with other kids. I remember it was just words, no graphics or anything. I kept asking her "I'm really playing with real other people??" I didn't get it lol. Few years later when I was 13 the first site I went to was ebay (I think) because I heard you could get beanie babies there lol.

I dont remember the first site, but the first search I ever did was for "hooker prices in amsterdam" . My friends and I just wanted to see if this 'internet' thing really had EVERYTHING.. needless to say, we DID find a site which had rates for hookers in Amsterdam.

The first time I used the internet there was no Mosaic.. I remember using telnet to go to various libraries around the world. I used to telnet to an online chat community, I dont remember the name. Ahhhh... 1995.. the memories..

I died.
