    Some asswipe throwback is leaving pens that explode around. Here in California several people have been injured already.

    This is no joke. If it's happening here, it'll start happening somewhere else in the country. So if you see a pen lying on the ground, do NOT pick that mother fucker up. Tell your kids and everyone else too.

    If these devices are held up close to an eye or ear permanent damage can result.
