    guess whos back?..charges were dropped!

    For those of you who know about it, I am happy to say that the criminal michief, assault with a deadly weapon, and attemped manslaughter charges against me have been dropped by the Suffolk County District Attorneys Office. I am in the clear! No arrest, incident expunged from records.

    For those who don't know , I'll break it down quick (there is much more to it). Girl who works for me and was living with me and my wife has a crackhead buyfriend who was stalking her outside my office (on a main road with lots of witnesses) so I went out there, and pulled him out of his car and he took a little beating with a bat...hey shit happens.

    Now, I have some connections with the local PD so a call to a friend of ours had detectives talk to him and When he got out of the hospital he decided not to press charges, so the DA dropped it...yipeeee.

    Downside is they confiscated all of my guns and i have a hearing next month to get em back. They told me no problem, just have to go through the motions...

    Now here's a word of advice for you kiddies...violence does not pay...unless you fuck with me, then, well, we'll see what happens. And for the record, I do feel bad about the whole thing...NOT

Too often I've seen and heard of this kind of shit being left unchecked, cops saying they can't do anything until he does something, etc.... until the girl is killed, or raped and killed, or beaten and mutilated, or abducted, etc etc etc.

                                                                                                              Some insecure fuckhead guys just don't know how to accept rejection and move on, and if that's the case here I applaud Ray on taking action. I can't say with any certainty that I wouldn't do something similar in a situation like that... largely because I fucking hate guys who stalk, abuse, think they can do whatever they want to their ex, etc.

Honestly I wish that it was allowed to take the law into your own hands in situations like that.. the stalker laws are ridiculous, most of them require someone to be hurt before thec ops can even step in. Wonder how many murders would be prevented every year if people were allowed to take care of it themselves (within reason of course).

I spoke with him many times about backing off. The girl would answer the phones and make banners and stuff for us ...I had to answer the phones for over a week because she couldn't. That day I just walked in with coffee about 10am and was about to sit down ... ray said come out side and get my back on this ... I didn't even know why i was going out .. but when hell broke loose I told him to leave ..he said fuck you and got a beat down ..I didn't touch him ( I didn't have to ) but I was pissed that i just wanted my coffee and to wake up .but had to sit with detectives for 4 hours ..

                                                                                                                                                                                          Agreed, my aunt was involved in an accident in NY, because she was speeding away from a stalker, which led to her instantanious death. Police knew about him, she called them almost every day. They couldn't do anything. This was 25 years ago though. I think the laws are "getting better".

                                                                                                                                                                                          A 16-year-old girl is in the hospital after she was shot in the leg and hip during a botched robbery.
                                                                                                                                                                                          Police say the girl tried to rob a video store near Indian School Road and 19th Avenue at about 8:30 Monday night.
                                                                                                                                                                                          While inside, a customer in the store reportedly pulled out a gun and shot the teen.
                                                                                                                                                                                          The suspect took off in a getaway car, which was reportedly being driven by another woman.
                                                                                                                                                                                          Police eventually caught up with the wounded suspect, but there was no sign of the driver.
                                                                                                                                                                                          As of this morning, the man who shot her has not been charged.
                                                                                                                                                                                          The girl is in the hospital and recovering.
                                                                                                                                                                                          Police are still looking for that other woman who they believe may be related to the teen.

Girl who works for me and was living with me and my wife has a crackhead buyfriend who was stalking her outside my office (on a main road with lots of witnesses) so I went out there, and pulled him out of his car and he took a little beating with a bat...hey shit happens.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      Now, I have some connections with the local PD so a call to a friend of ours had detectives talk to him and When he got out of the hospital he decided not to press charges, so the DA dropped it...yipeeee.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      Downside is they confiscated all of my guns and i have a hearing next month to get em back. They told me no problem, just have to go through the motions...

                                                                                                                                                                                                      Now here's a word of advice for you kiddies...violence does not pay...unless you fuck with me, then, well, we'll see what happens. And for the record, I do feel bad about the whole thing...NOT
