                  i got a whole pork shoulder about 8 pounds all boneless, i cut up gang of garlic stuck it inside the meat, i added sour cream all over the meat steak seasoning bay leafs and some wine, i got the oven bag put it inside the bag, cooked it for hour and a half then opened the bag and let the meat turn red for about 25 minutes and it was ready to rock. plus i forgot to mention i added lots of black pepper in the meat as well
