![]() what a bunch of fucking horsecock suckers they are over at icq.
i downloaded the new icq, thinking it would be an improvement over the old one. ya know... faster loading, better security, etc. now i find that this is worse than a virus. they changed my outlook settings without my consent and i have yet to find a way to change back. now everytime i want to compose a new message, i get this shit automatically inserted: ![]() maybe i should just burst into their head office with a shotgun. ![]() does anyone have any idea on how to get rid of this crap without uninstalling this virusware from my system? please? |

That looks like a .sig file being inserted. Open Outlook Express and go to tools:options:signatures and see whether there are any signatures in the signatures box on that page. If there are, there is a remove button there you can click to remove their spam.
May not fix you up, but is worth a try. |

Screw Outlook ;)
I'm still wondering how to remove banners from iCQ...? I tried Trillian but I totally missed the awesome "history" functions of ICQ -- I got so so many conversations saved back from years ago -- really helps me to recover old URL's, phone #'s, etc. etc. when I get a new idea... now I'm a little worried that history is too large though because my ICQ is loading very slow... |

Trillian has history also, and better then icq's
It opens a text file for the history so you can find things much faster. |
