Rose, I did have a problem a while back with San Fran. It seemed to just be one group of friends if I remember correctly.
I also had a big problem with people from hawaii and don't send ANY checks there without their sites getting my personal attention.
They went so far as to set up drop boxes in Cal. thinking it would fool me.
