    The truth behind Santa...

    It has been said that Santa was created by the devil because he wanted people to worship him like people celebrate the birth of Jesus. So he introduced Santa which is SATAN jumbled up. A guy in a RED suit that has nothing to do with Christmas. What better way to distract the youth to worship him than to set up a day where kids are more interested in getting toys than clebrating the birth of Jesus.

                      Well Santa is a variant of a European folk tale based on the historical christian figure Saint Nicholas and the not so christian God Odin.
                      and it wasn't celebrated on christmas but on december 5/6th.
                      the date of celebration was changed to christmas by a company called Coca Cola to increase revenue from sales because so many people were already celebrating that day.

                      I can understand that some Christians might be pissed that one of there holy days was used like this but i don't really care.......because I'm not Christian

                                              the santa we see today was made up by 'macy's dept store. the tree is an old german tradition dating back 1,000 's of years dealing with some pagan crap or another, the 'english' royalty started the tree tradition because they are really germans. changed the last name during WW1 or there abouts . . . next. question
