Webair have a problem with their email, I have been emailing billing for 4 days now but they all bounce back.

BTW they are aware they have a problem, they just don't have a fix.

I have not noticed any problems with webair so far!!

All of my stuff + my client's sites are up and running. Looking good. Things are nice and fast.

on any of my servers i never run any mail, i just use godaddy for mail services, makes life easier. i just run all other services on my dedicated boxes, but i have noticed godaddy has blocked some ips too.

Good to hear that. The hosting is good the problem is with email.

Great if you can use your email elsewhere, no good if you use your domain for your email.

Mike knows about the email issue, they are working on a soloution.

It's been quite sometime now, you would think as much as he spams his hosting services, he would have made a comment about this already :2 cents:

Their SQL servers bog from time to time, but that's about it. A great service otherwise!

hey guys if you are having a mail issue please contact me..we will figure out the specific reason and get you straightened out ASAP...theres alwasy a fix hit me up and lets see what the problem is...

Mike, not bashing Webair here but Brian was unable to sort my issue out. I think there is a general issue with your mail servers being overwhelmed and loosing mail.

Brian said he was looking for a fix but it may be some weeks away.

Webair hosting is good and all other services work ok for me (apart from the insecure item warning in the control panel :) )

if you want your sites fixed you need anuj or addyon. they get stuff done.

this is not good...

It only took them ~3 months to get GD installed on my dedicated box. I switched before launch. No calls back from support tickets opened via phone. Little to NO support from IM software. Hell -- I had to contact Mike before anything was even considered.

I realize somoe people swear by them and have gotten great service and support. That was NOT my experience.

It's been a rough month for a lot of hosts in the business, I'm not quite sure why it is, but it has. Good for our business though ;)
