Rand doesn't have anything to do with Epass any more besides keeping in touch with Chris Mallick - the two companies split ways. I truly think what kept Epass going all these years was Epoch and Chris has maintained that relationship in some ways I am sure. Meaning they are in good with Visa, and the only way they will go under.. is if they don' straighten out some of the messes that have been made over the years. If a CEO can get a company through times like that, he SHOULD be able to turn EPass back around.

I have seen some small moves in the right direction since Chris took over 100% ownership, the one thing I haven't seen is ANY steps backwards. Then again it would have been hard to.

Like I said, don't know alot about Chris... but if he was at the helms of getting epoch through that fiasco I have alot of respect for the man. Not to mention I would of made a million dollars less over my life easily if he hadn't gotten them through those times ... Definitely not trying to say Clay, Rand, and other unheard heros weren't a part of the Epoch turn around though... Just that there is a wise man in the chair over there ..

datezonline contacted me via ICQ I worked with him to resolve his issue, like I do everyone contacting me.
He continued to come with one threat after another and were generally acting like an idiot.

The problem were solved and datezonelines account were unsuspended, then he started his first thread here, since it was my first time dealing with someone like datezonline I contacted the person that hired me and ask if I had stepped out of line. I was told that , if he contacted me again I should refer him to my boss and they would work with him to solve any problem he might have.

When ever someone contacts me, I try to help them as quick as possible, where you are or what your problem is.

Every one that have contacted me have had their problem solved, questions answered or it is being worked on.

No I understood you perfectly. It's amazing that a company dealing with online payments can manage online payments so absolutely shitty. Do you have any idea how many paypal transactions are fraudulent? Even when they have to take the money from the person they got screwed you get a NEGATIVE balance on your account so you can decide if you want to upload money or wait until you receive more. I've left a negative balance there for 5 months before until I received enough payments to cover it. Closing his account again because he was pissed is not how to do business. I understand you have no control over it but I also know it's retarded. He was nice considering the circumstances as I would have been much more heated than that.

P.S. I did get my account suspended by paypal before while they "investigated". After faxing shit multiple times I called the then CEO and gave her much more shit than he gave you on or off the board. My account was active 15 minutes later. This shit is a joke and should make anyone nervous about putting any significant money in the system.

Considering the shit they put you through you were pretty relaxed. Even after you told him it was a joke he continued to bring it up as threat, as he has in this thread. I've only started doing biz with epass since one of my major sponsors stopped paying paypal. I think I'll just take wires in future, sounds like epass is turning into paypal2. Not worth the bullshit.

Why are you bumping old epassporte threads to the front page? Then you start this one? They really came through and helped me out when I needed it. Nice people there. Every business overlooks something at somepoint, and the more people you have transaction wise, the more room for error.

It's not the gouverment and they can deal the way they want with any BS account like yours. If you're not happy then just go away. Yeah, I noticed that too.

Clearly datezonline has been his own worst enemy through most of these threads but I don't think he came off looking all that bad in those logs. I mean, the other guy kept going on and on and on about fraud as if it was datezonline who did the fraud. What was that all about?
