    How do I create screenshots from a video with sony vegas?

    I need to take like 6 screenshots from every video I have, how can I do it fast with sony vegas?

              There are buttons right above the video preview window. One takes the screen grab and one saves it.

              If you want a script to grab a bunch of random caps google it, there are tons of free ones out there.

                  In Vegas, put the preview winodow to "Best Full" then hit the little disk icon above the preview to save the screenshot

                      its very easy in sony vegas in the preview window there is a floppydisk looking button on the right side of the box and you can save screen shots with it.its very easy
