Looking to Rent out the front half of my new building.

If you're in the Tampa / St. Pete / Clearwater area and are looking for office space, hit me up. I'm trying to rent out the front half of the building we just purchased and it's in a prime location. It's 2200 square feet (the leasing portion) with front entrance, an all open area, and one huge office. Perfect for a web based business.

It's right off of 275 and Westshore (right next to Thee Dollhouse, yeah baby!!!). Plenty of parking and ready to get leased out. Mainstream or Adult; I don't care. If mainstream, I have a nice lit sign out front 4' x 6'.

Also, it's walking distance to International and Westshore Malls and there are PLENTY of eating places within 2 - 3 minute drive. There is a Charley's Steak House, P.F. Changs, Magianno's, Cheesecake Factory, Captial Grill, and many more!

I have two companies that came in to look at it that were serious but have yet to commit. Others have stopped by but I don't think they wanted to pay what I was charging.

If you are in Tampa you can come by and I will be more than happy to show you the building. I still have to lay down some carpet and clean up the front half (that I'm leasing). But you can still get an idea of the space.
