How often does google index a site and how often does it update PR??

As far as I know

Each month index sites and every 3 months for the PR update, is it correct ?

I would say they index constantly . . . PR updates are about every 3 months approx

The higher the PR the more it indexes and updates PR

Starts at 1 month

i suspect one of my sites are in the "sandbox"

What can i do to let it be indexed by the google-bot

You should still be getting indexed even if you're boxed-in, so to speak. How often do you update the content? How many incoming links do you have - and are those sites getting indexed frequently?

Try a contextually relevant high PR inbound link (not recip.) that might work.

Content is updated daily, this I understand is important, thats why im doing it

About incoming links, they are enough, on a side note msn-bot visits the site frequently, and no issues reported.

The only thing i can think of, is your last statement, if those other sites linking to mine are indexed more frequently, i can tell you that they have PR from 0-3 at the moment.
