With a police escort, I will go back and get my belongings that are 100% mine .... and have told her not to do anything with data on my hard drive, as I wil burn the necessities to CD ... she has agreed ... as far as software goes, I have EVERYTHING I wil need (Including Photoshop 6.0.1 and DW4, and flash5) backed up on CD ROM ... I will get those .... that is not a huge problem ... Hell ...I even have the receipt in my wallet for the $400 office chair I just bought in January .... I have the chair ... but not the PC .... LOL (trying desparately to find the humour in all this mess, so I do not lose my fucking mind ...) I am sure that Tim and I will work out something as soon as I am able to get in touch with him ... But Snow, daddybone , and others who have said you will help, I will definately keep you updated ... right now I am just trying to get some money owed to me sent by WESTERN UNION, so that I can rent a room tomorrow, until I am able to get at the money transferred from paypal to my bank on Tuesday (since Friday and Monday are holidays ...shit) what shitty timing for this to happen .... LOL I might not be able to find a computer to log in here from for a few days, but I wil call DH and keep him posted on my progress. |
Hmmm takes up to 5 business days to transfer to paypal and about the same from it to a bank in our experiences doing it. :( Better get an acct fast AND put DH's name on it too Hungry. THAT way SHE can't just take it from you. With a second person the courts are loathe to hand over an acct during a breakup.

HM, I wasn't so concerned about your paypal acct but more the acct you transferred the paypal funds TO... that one she can attach thru the courts if she has a sharp attorny helping. So add DH to it and the courts will be less likely to try an attach it. Or so it works in the states. Not that she might NOT be able to get it... BUT, Dh could take alot of it out as 'his' if she DID try and swipe it.
The old man helped a girlfriend out years ago that way. Her Mom would go and remove funds whenever she felt like it that the girl had saved from babysitting etc. So he and her opened a joint acct and oops! The mother was sealed out from removing the cash even after a court hearing. Nodda dime is the way he says the judge put it since the courts canNOT decide as to the origination of the funds. One of your family wouldn't work tho. It needs to be someone OUT side the family. If there is ANYthing we can do let us know. We have a few spare parts but nothing that would work with the faster chips. Hey! We DO have good brand new keysets!! IBM no less.
