    hung over...anyone ever use those hangover prevention pills?

    hangovers suck... lastnight i had great fun, but today sucks cause of the queezy stomach, pounding head, and general yucky feeling...

    ... anyone ever use those hang over pills? and if so, do they really work.

      Yeah I tried those last week and I was cool the next day.

                  I always wondered if they worked.

                  I opt for clear drinks (I love Vodka) and drink a ton of water before bed along with a B complex vitamin. 2 Ibus in the morning and I am usualy good to go.

                                  I agree with the water and B complex vitamin. I drink my water in between in drinks though. One drink, one big glass of water.

                                  As for hangover prevention stuff, this is the only one I have taken that actually works.

                                                                              You all have been suckered into buying something for a couple of dollars when you could have just bought a 2-pack of TUMS and they're THE EXACT SAME THING!!!

                                                                              Calcium Carbonate is the ingredient found in every over-the-counter anti-acid/heartburn relief medicine. I think the only thing that these "Anti-Hangover" medications (I use the word loosely) have that TUMS don't is some sort of speed and maybe a low dose of acetemetiphen (Tylenol).

                                                                              So the next time you decide to waste money on hangover meds just eat some TUMS and take a tylenol...it's much cheaper.
