Well for those saying the dates are fucked up, that is not going to change anytime soon. AEE used to be with CES in the same expo hall years a go and when AEE had their own hall guess who were all the fans paying for fan tickets to come see the porn stars? BINGO.. CES people. Internext used to be a few days before AEE with maybe one day overlapping.
I do think it's a bit strange to choose to have AVN and Internext on the same dates. Companies that normally would have booths on both expos now choose to go on only one, I noticed topBucks doesn't have a booth at Internext but PinkVisual (topbucks' DVD arm) does have on on AEE. I wonder why that decision, but if you ask me it will always be when CES is. Just my thoughs. |

As far away from that part of the world as I am, I have to make a real choice about going to events. I would have liked to have gone but the predicted hotel chaos, the cost of just getting on the floor and too many 'fans' being around made me make the choice to skip Vegas this year and go to Pheonix again which was a fantastic show.

Count us in the "can't deal with CES crowds" camp. Plus, by the time we bring a few people and get flights, rooms, and entertainment at the "special" CES-week prices, we could have a much bigger presence and get bigger returns from another show.
