designers black list or don't work with such people

ok little drama
i know i am not perfect and there are delays in my work
but i am tired of those fuckers who don't pay for the work that have been done
telling " u will have money tomorrow tomorrow" and so on

so i have done different work for the guy U5A aol nickname
we were doing www.discountmags.com

we were doing design and putting design in his programming
we have delays
but then when work was done he told he will pay on monday
then on monday told in couple of days
then in couple of days that he will pay on thursday
then on thursday he didn't appear online
and only appeared in a week or so
telling that he will not pay full amount

price for additional work wasn't so much 100 usd

but i see no reason when people trying to be assfuckers to save 50usd
work was estimated
price was ok
he accepted work
tell he will pay
and then after couple of weeks he told that he will not pay

i disagreed to take half amount
and now i have no cash from him

so the person must be blacklisted
and i suggest all designers not to work with him
any other designers who have problems with some clients can post here
so the thread will have black list of such people

so the 100 usd was the last payment for small design improvements and programming things

and this part wasn't paid

actually mammy you're completely fucking wrong. i know U5A and I know the story.

you even admitted you didn't complete the work on time. it was requested to be done on MONDAY, YOU AGREED, and it wasn't done till FRIDAY. he wanted to push a THANKSGIVING campaign but you fucked him over by not finishing it the date you SAID YOU WOULD.

So he doesn't owe you SHIT, and you should have been happy with the $50 you got.

but when work was done and accepted
i was told i will recieve money

so after delay there was sence for him before sending cash to tell that he was going to cut part because if delay
but when he told he will pay all
and then hiding for couple of weeks
starting telling bout delays

oh so you want to make it personal now eh? first off, my main portfolio site isn't in flash 8, second off my extended logo portfolio IS because I just got it and wanted to start messing around with it. doesn't matter much to me because I get enough logo requests as is.

now here's a critique for you... my buddy U5A showed me the pizza site you made for his sister.. http://www.pizzeriazia.com/

additional 100 usd was not for design thing
but some design work was involved but in programming also
i paid programmer 100 usd for this work from my own cash
so i have reasons to cry over 100 usd not 50

again situation is solved and i got my cash now
so don't think that it make sence to bump this thread again and again
