OK, I figured it out but now can't figure out if I am able to have 2 separate admin areas for each domain.

I don't think that's supposed to work that way. Just do a separate installation for each.

You edit the config file and there is a spot in it labeled something like table_prefix and you just change that to something else.
Real simple... Then you tell me where you are installing it so I can root your server... |
