my bet was on matt since day one...because he was an 'elite' athlete, he has that competitiveness inside that i dont think everyone on the show had
plus, he knew how to cut weight (from wrestling), so the final weigh-in was almost a lock once he made it that far  incredible turnarounds on everyone in that show!!
